Luego de varias \u00a0semanas de intenso trabajo, el equipo de slackbuilds.org<\/a> finalmente consigui\u00f3 liberar alrededor de 2600 paquetes (calculo\u00a0r\u00e1pido) para\u00a0Slackware\u00a014.1.\u00a0Much\u00edsimo\u00a0trabajo de probar y compilar los paquetes tanto para 32 como 64 bits, \u00a0A continuaci\u00f3n la copia del mensaje enviado por Heinz Wiesinger.:<\/p>\n

\nHere it is! The launch of the SlackBuilds.org repository into the 14.1 era.
\nWith the help of our amazing community we spent the last couple of weeks
\ntesting, fixing, and updating the scripts in the repository for the latest
\nSlackware release. \u00a0We are happy to say that we think it has never been
\nbetter \ud83d\ude42
\nThere are no big user-visible changes this time around, although we did
\nmake some smaller tweaks and adjustements in the templates. \u00a0Be sure to
\ncheck those out before starting to submit new or updated scripts.
\nWe’d like to take this time to welcome the newest member of our admin team,
\nWilly Sudiarto Raharjo (willysr), and thank him for the huge amount of
\ntesting and fixing of various scripts that he did. \u00a0Similarly goes for Matteo
\nBernardini (ponce) as well as for David Somero (XGizzmo), who once again put
\nthe repository through its paces using automated build testing. \u00a0Then there’s
\nHeinz Wiesinger (pprkut) for the usual fixes and updates, as well as his
\nwork behind the scenes with our database. \u00a0Kudos also go to Erik Hanson
\n(erik) for his never-ending job of server maintenance and upkeep, on top
\nof fixes and updates all over the SBo tree. \u00a0Thanks go as well to Michiel
\nvan Wessem (BP{k}) and Niels Horn (niels_horn) for jumping in every once
\nin a while for moral support and hints on various hard to crack issues.
\nThen there’s also rob0 (\/dev\/rob0) hiding in the shadows working tirelessly
\nto keep mail and dns working. \u00a0Last but not least there’s Robby Workman
\n(rworkman), our ever inspiring project lead who knows exactly how to kick
\nus all into gear when work needs to get done! \ud83d\ude42
\nAll of our users and maintainers deserve proper thanks for our existence,
\nbut David Spencer and David Woodfall really helped out a lot this time
\naround with testing and fixing an insane amount of SlackBuilds. \u00a0Naturally
\nthere have been many more providing input on all sorts of things. \u00a0Thanks
\ngo out to all of you, regardless of how small or large your contributions
\nmay have been.

Personalmente es la primera vez que estoy haciendo un seguimiento de estos saltos de versi\u00f3n, \u00a0y es impresionante la cantidad de trabajo que lleva, pues no todo siempre compila a la primera, aunque muchos paquetes no\u00a0ten\u00edan\u00a0problemas otros si, y bastante singulares, pero con la ayuda del grupo la mayor\u00eda pudo solucionarse.<\/p>\n

Los paquetes he estado esperando es de Mysql Workbench<\/a>, TeamViewer<\/a>, \u00a0 asi como Chromiun<\/a> y que \u00a0al fin, puedo instalar en 14.1 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Felicitaciones para\u00a0Willy Sudiarto Raharjo<\/a>, que ahora es parte del grupo de mantenedores y a todo el equipo de slackbuilds.org<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ahora a usar esta versi\u00f3n y reportar cualquier error que se encuentre a la lista de correo \u00abslackbuilds-users\u00bb. Nuevos\u00a0env\u00edos \u00a0tendr\u00e1n\u00a0que aguardar a que el periodo de admisi\u00f3n se abra nuevamente.<\/p>\n
